I’m on the train home with my head full of ideas from TLT17 in Southampton. My day began with a very quiet train journey while enjoying Mark Plan Teach and now I’m on a very busy train home surrounded by everyone’s shopping and with a head full of new ideas. It’s great to go along to a conference full of such positive teachers all trying to move education in the right direction. I attended sessions on feedback without grades, on building a learning community and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions. Most of the sessions confirmed the direction I’m already moving both myself and the team in. It’s great to know we’re in good company.
