I've been working on my application to take part in the pilot of the Chartered Teacher Programme today. Just putting the application together and reading through the information about the course has been really interesting. It's helped me to revisit my career and the variety of ways I have worked to improve both my own teaching practice and that of others. Fingers crossed I get through the selection process as I'm really fired up to get started now.
